Listing Plan Guidelines 1) We strictly prohibits any company or individual from creating an active account to advertise any properties not directly owned or managed by the listing company or individual. You further agree that any violation of this policy will authorize or company to charge an additional $55 per day fee per property listing for the time period each unauthorized property was listed under your account. 2) Under all advertising plans, you agree to deactivate any property listingthat becomes rented and is no longer available within two (2) days of the time the property is rented. You further agree that any violation of this policy will authorize us to charge an additional $25 per day fee for any property listing that is not deactivated on our website. 19. Fair Housing Act As a member you agree not to post, email, or otherwise make available content that violates the Fair Housing Act by stating, in any ad for the sale or rental of any dwelling, a discriminatory preference based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status or handicap (or violates any state or local law prohibiting discrimination on the basis of these or other characteristics) 20. Linked Content and Third Party Sites FloridaRentalAds.com provides links to and distributes rental listings through third party sites and resources over which FloridaRentalAds.com has no control. We are not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources.
